GENERAL FAQ's:

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN BUSINESS?

    • We've been operating and growing strong since January, 2020. 

    HOW MANY COACHES WORK FOR THE COMPANY? 

    • We hire trained coaches on a freelance basis. We bring on more coaches based on the demand at the time. 

    DO YOUR COACHING TEAM HAVE QUALIFICATIONS? 

    • Yes, all of our coaches that run private sessions are qualified through the ECB. We accept the use of support coaches, who are used to support our qualified coaches. 

    DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE? 

    • Yes, we have ongoing public liability insurance through Gallaghers insurance. Our coaches staff, qualified and unqualified are insured. 

    DO YOU HAVE MEDICAL TRAINING? 

    • Yes, we have basic first aid trained coaches. We ensure we update our knowledge and qualifications every three years.

    HOLIDAY CAMP FAQ's:

    WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF BAD WEATHER?

    • We are prepared with interactive activities indoors. We run a series of quizzes, testing the knowledge of our players. We then also group our players and run through various scenarios that the game throws at us. Drop off and collection will be as per usual.

    HOW CAN I CANCEL/AMEND MY BOOKING? 

    • We have a 24 hour policy on cancellations or amendments. This allows us enough time to offer the spot to another customer. We will not be able to offer refund or credit notes with less than 24 hours notice. In the result of giving us enough notice, we will hold onto your booking as credit for a future camp. 

    DO YOU PROVIDE FOOD AT YOUR CAMPS? 

    • No, we ask that our players bring a packed lunch with them to our camps. We will give our players a lunch break throughout the day, as well as drink breaks. Please ensure players bring food/snacks as well as water bottles. 

    DO YOU SUPPLY PLAYERS WITH ESSENTIAL CRICKET EQUIPMENT? 

    • We are able to provide the basics. However, we encourage our players to bring their own equipment. Please note that we are unable to provide abdomen guards, and this is essential for players that are wanting to bat against the hard ball. 

    PRIVATE COACHING FAQ's:

    WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF BAD WEATHER?

    • When training outdoors, in the event of unplayable weather, we have access to the clubhouse, where we will run an intense strength and conditioning session. We believe it's important to stay on top of your fitness and with a background in S&C, we are qualified to run this. If both parties agree to cancel the session due to foul weather, we will plan to rearrange for a suitable date.

    HOW CAN I WORK WITH A SPECIFIC COACH? 

    • Based on our coaches availability, you can select to work with your desired coach through our booking app. Please note that availability may change, and if so, we will inform you of your new coach.
