At Cricket School of Excellence, our coaching staff consists of highly qualified ECB-certified coaches, each specializing in specific areas of the game. We recognize that every player has unique needs and strengths, which is why we thoughtfully match our coaches to players, ensuring the best possible fit for individual development. Our team is comprised of two distinct groups: Lead Coaches and Specialist Coaches.
CHRIS MARROW
Chris founded CSE in 2020. Through years of experience coaching and playing in England, South Africa and Australia, Chris uses this experience as a fundamental part of his coaching philosophy.
LEWIS GRIMBLE
Lewis, our group coaching lead has an exceptional approach towards working with younger cricketers, wanting to learn more about the game, whilst giving players great confidence. A true asset to coaching.
BEN SPENCER
Ben, relatively new to our coaching team, comes with great cricketing pedigree. He represented Middlesex age groups, and is currently involved with Oxford Brookes MCCU. A fast bowling genius, he's your man.
TEDDY FLEMING
Teddy, is a hard hitting middle-order batter and a high quality left-arm orthodox bowler. He plays at a high level, with ambition to go professional. Teddy offers great tactical value on the coaching front.
