Our Privacy Policy also outlines the reasons needed for our players medical information, in order to keep our sessions as safe as possible. Lastly, this policy describes how The Cricket School Of Excellence collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit or make a purchase from the Site.

 

MEDIA CONSENT INFORMATION: 

The Cricket School Of Excellence only intends to use media (in the form of photography and videography) appropriately for business purposes. If you feel as though our images videos are inappropriate in anyway, please inform us immediately. Please see our reasons for use below: 

  • Promote business on CSE social media platforms.
  • Advertise our services via the google SEO settings. 
  • Advertise images on billboards and banners held at events.
  • Email marketing to promote upcoming events.

 

 MEDICAL INFORMATION: 

The Cricket School Of Excellence will keep all records of personal medical information. This information will be held confidential, and we'll ensure that we are prepared to cover all the various necessary needs that our players require. Please ensure that you provide clear detail of any medical condition that we need to know of by providing your details in the "text box" in the sign up section.

Details on this form will be held securely and will only be shared with coaches or others who need this information in order to meet the specific needs of your child.

By ticking the box, you are confirming that all the information you have provided about
the child concerned is correct to the best of your knowledge. You agree that The Cricket School Of Excellence will not be held responsible should an incident take place regarding any incorrect information that has been provided related to medical conditions.

In the result of a minor injury occurring, you will allow The Cricket School Of Excellence coaches to intervene appropriately and where necessary. If the injury is deemed to be more than minor, we will make contact with you and the emergency contact immediately, in order to explain the situation and seek your advice on the steps to take going forward.

Please ensure you fill the required text box should the concerned child have any medical conditions that The Cricket School Of Excellence needs to be made aware of.

I give my consent that if an emergency medical situation arises, The Cricket School Of Excellence may act as loco parentis. If the need arises for administration of first aid and/or other medical treatment which in the opinion of a qualified medical practitioner may be necessary. I also understand that in such circumstances that all reasonable steps are made.

  • Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses. This denylist persists for a small number of days.
