DAMAGES AND ISSUES: 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

EXCHANGES:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. Therefore, you will need to inform us about a cancellation at least 48 hours before the session is meant to commence, in order to receive a 50% credit note that will roll over onto the next booking. No refund will be provided for cancellations made after the 48-hour period, prior to the session commencing. In order to be respectful to our other members, it is important that you contact us about any cancellation, as our appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.
