We believe that playing cricket all year round is massively beneficial for our players. Whilst we focus heavily on a tactical approach for the summer months, we now turn to more of a technical approach in the winter. Fine tuning our skills, and ironing out any flaws that may need developing.
Fitness is key for us over this period, as we look to strengthen specific areas of the body, to enhance our performance on the field. With a background in Personal Training and Nutrition, we provide our players with in depth exercise routines throughout the sessions.
Our Winter Training Program runs indoors, at Davenies School, based in Beaconsfield. With the facility boasting three lanes and an abundance of space to run constructive fielding drills, our sessions prove to be dynamic and exciting for all players involved.
The program will run for a total of 14 weeks, through the months of November, to March. We break up for a 4 week break over the Christmas and New Years period.
